In this episode, I share my client, Ricardo’s recent experience on a listing presentation. He recently went on a appointment, and attempted to close the deals 3 times; however, he wasn’t able to. The objection that his client gave him was, “we are still interviewing other agents.” Ricardo did everything he could to close the deal at the appointment; however, as he was in his car about to leave, the client called him back and said, “we aren’t going to interview anyone,  you are the agent we are looking for.” 

Now the question is, how did Ricardo do that? Was it by design? Find out the magic question that lead him to get the listing.
